Not a lot to report this week so I thought I would just say hello! There is a slight chance of an offer on Ryan's house....and then at the same time, his car got broken into AGAIN!!!!! and his laptop and camara..yada yada....gone......we live in such a crazy and dishonest world...I tell you!!!
My first triathlon group met last night. It is a really nice group of supportive women. I am excited but.....I think I have a lot of work to do. 8 weeks and counting......
I got this forward the other day....made me chuckle so I thought I would paste it.....hope you are all having a good week so far.....
A husband and wife are shopping in their local store and the husband picks up a case of Budweiser and puts it in their shopping cart.
'What do you think you're doing?' asks the wife.
'They're on sale, only $10 for 24 cans,' he replies.
'Put it back, we can't afford that,' demands the wife and so he does and they carry on shopping.
A few aisles further on along the woman picks up a $20 jar of face cream and puts it in the shopping cart.
'What do you think you're doing?' asks the husband.
'Its my face cream. It makes me look beautiful,' replies the wife.
Her husband retorts: 'So does 24 cans of Budweiser and its half the price.'
